AGENDA FOR THE SARP 2012 FELLOWS & SPOUSESS

In attendance Twenty (20) SARP 2012 Fellows (and spouses where applicable) plus 6 - 7 Alumni Fellows from South Asia
Agenda
  1. 0815 - 0845 hrs - Fellows to arrive at the QUEENS COURT function room and be received by EF Philadelphia Team
  2. 0845 - 0915 hrs - Welcome, orientation objectives, and brief self-introductions by 2012 SARP Fellows. John Wolf, the President of EF, will make a few welcoming remarks. FACILITATOR: Mark Carnesi
  3. 0915 - 1015 hrs - “Personal Leadership/Capability Enhancement engaging New Dimensions of Leadership Development.” FACILITATOR: Deepal Sooriyarachchi
  4. 1015 - 1030 hrs - Tea / Coffee and Informal Networking
  5. 1030 - 1100 hrs - Continuation of “Personal Leadership/Capability Enhancement engaging New Dimensions of Leadership Development.” FACILITATOR: Deepal Sooriyarachchi
  6. 1100- 1200 hrs - Insights and recommendations from recent alumni Fellows (including Q&A) and a look ahead to fellowship program. FACILITATORS: alumni Fellows mentioned above
  7. In addition, 17 young business leaders from Sri Lanka will attend the orientation as observers until 1100 hrs, at which point they will move to venue DUKES COURT for an extended session with Deepal on leadership and change.
    When the orientation ends at 1200 hrs, there will be a short break until lunch at 12:30pm with the alumni Fellows who make up our Alumni Advisory Council, which will be meeting on that day.
    Colombo City Tour will leave the hotel at 1415 hrs and last about 2 - 2.5 hours. New Sri Lankan Fellows will join the tour in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. (The tour will be by air conditioned bus that will make several stops around the city and will drop everyone off at the hotel by 1630 hours to get ready for the dinner which officially opens the conference at 1830 hours).
